KC Barbecue Tours Cancellation/Refund Policy

  

Please read carefully prior to reserving and paying for a KC Barbecue Tour. 

 
 

72 hours (or more) prior to scheduled tour: Reservations may be cancelled a minimum of 72 hours prior to a scheduled tour. Reservations cancelled a minimum of 72 hours prior to a scheduled tour will be fully refunded, except the service fee. Reservations may be cancelled by the guest through the MANAGE BOOKING link on the emailed tour reservation confirmation. Each guest receives this tour confirmation via email after payment is made.

24 to 71 hours prior to a scheduled tour: Reservations may be refunded as a credit only for a future tour date, except the service fee. To receive this credit the guest must email kcbbqtours@gmail.com for a credit request. 

23 hours or less prior to a scheduled tour: All sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued. 

No shows/late arrivals: All sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued. Tours are set to begin on time to maintain a schedule for all guests. If a guest/group has not arrived by the designated tour start time, KC Barbecue Tours will do their best to contact the guest/group with the contact information provided on the reservation. Please know that we are unable to “hold” or “delay” a tour for any reason so we can best accommodate all guests on the tour.


  

Activity may be cancelled by KC Barbecue Tours due to severe weather. The activity usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but the seller may cancel the activity up to an hour before the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. In the rare situation where the seller is forced to cancel the event prior to departure, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability), receive credit for a future event, or receive a full refund.

 
 

Activity may be cancelled by KC Barbecue Tours if the guest minimum has not been met. The activity will take place should 6 or more guests have reserved seats for any listed public tour date. Seller may cancel the activity up to 20 hours prior to the scheduled activity should the guest minimum not be met for the scheduled activity. In the rare situation where the seller is forced to cancel the event prior to departure, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability), receive credit for a future event, or receive a full refund.
